A co-worker of mine has a Titan (04 KC XE) that is leaking what he believes to be motor oil under the front right corner of the engine. It seems to be coming down a breather hose in front right along the fire wall, is visible on the wheel well and leaks down onto the CV boot and then onto to floor. The leak is getting worse. His engine oil level is not dropping though.
mine just started doing the same thing, except I know it is not overfilled, I changed it at 15Kmiles myself and it is now at 25Kmiles and just started leaking. What did you friend do / find out?
It is front differential fluid from the breather hose. The front diff can not be overfilled, based on his explanation, so he is unsure why it is puking the fluid. It stopped doing it during the summer and now it is doing it again.

It is half full of water, the water flashes to steam, expanding to 27 times its original volume, and blows fluid out of the breather hose?
my truck is leaking from the front diff. as well. the dealership suggested it was because of my PRG coil-spring spacers. they said that the right-side half-shaft slid out enough to lose it's seal and leak some oil. I can't remove the coil-spring spacers to get it fixed under warranty because my tires are too big for stock height suspension. I gotta come up with a better solution or fix on my own.

I would call PRG and get his thoughts. My BS detector is tingling.
Okay, I have a 2004, 53k and I had the same damn right front end leak while on a long drive from seattle to Nevada, upon reaching my destination after finding the leak, checking all "plausible" sources and still no luck, took it to dealer in Carson City and they replied I "lost" two transmission coolant lines. "Are you kidding me?..." I was told they are on a TSB, but I can't find it here...but the first post for this thread is exactly what I'm seeing. It's the reason I found and joined this forum. I can't tell you the headache I got from Nissan which they will hear about, but I'm more interested in knowing if it really is the issue or did I just pay out the @-- for a molded line, with two pieces of 50 cent hose attached to each end?????? (I love my truck-the power, the smooth ride, however am less than satisfied with latest service results)
I think my 2005 titan cc se is having this issue also. I made a appointment with the dealer next week to have them take a look. Yesterday, I noticed some fluid on the front differential, not much but its a concern.
