what is the address to send notification of vehicle defect to?

ok i have looked at nissan site and they have about 5 different addys for nissan north america.according to fla lemon law i have to notify manufacturer in writing of the vehicle defect.i have the forms filled out but need the addy to send them to.is it this one:18501 S. Figueroa St.

or is there a special one to notify them they have 10 days to respond and fix my truck or pay up.also posted in general section so if one is out of place delete please i dont want to take up board space for no reason.thanks guys
