Squeaky Steering Column

I have an 06 KK SE 4X4 with BT and OR, also captains chairs, so shift is on the floor. I just purchased this truck and it only has 400 miles on it. Ive noticed a squeaking noise that sounds like its coming from my steering column, first thought was that my keys were rubbing something, but its definitely the steering wheel. If I put a little pressure on the wheel it stops for a bit. I tried changing the tilt, and wiggled a bunch of stuff, but still there. Anyone have this problem? Do I take it back to the dealer, or is this just truck noise that I should expect and just turn up the stereo?

Yes, my '05 KC 4x4 (Oct '04 build) just started doing the same thing at 11700 miles, sounds like wires and linkage squeeking and grinding when you turn. The noise stops when return to straight. Hope there's a TSB out for this one.
