Storage box in the rear quarter panel won't open

Just got the truck and discovered yesterday that I cannot open that box. My key won't go in. It's as if something inside is blocking it. However my key works for everything else on the truck.

Any ideas what the problem is?

Valet key? I have only two keys for the vehicle and they are identical.

Wow, I received 3 keys and 2 key fobs, the third key is a valet key. The dealer told me that the valet key will not open any of the storage compartments. Maybe they keyed the lock on the storage box differently. Either way, take it back to the dealer and make them fix it.
