Deck installations.......2months waiting

Its been in and outta the shop for almost 2months. they installed a new deck, and the new deck was a difect, and then today i was suppose to reinstall the second new deck @ the dealership, and comes to find out that the part they had for my titan was installed on another titan. because the service guy told me on the phone, (ok, we have made an appt. for installation of your cd deck next week) and I was like what? this is why i came today to have installed because 2 weeks before i scheduled an appt for installation of my new deck. i got a notice in the mail about a week before todays appt., that my part had arrived in their parts department. went in today for my oil change and thinking my new deck was gonna be put in. my truck wen in @ 8:45am and it was done in about 1 1/2hours, only to find out my deck was installed in another titan. should i have a talk with the serivce dept. manager??????? what should i say??? any suggestions. ever since i got my titan 2weeks after till now its been in and outta the shop.

i'd say exactly what you just stated here. and then ask them "what are you going to do to fix it?"

just look at him and stay silent. Let them blab away and see what they will give you.

They'll pony up some free oil changes for your trouble....just make sure you get at least 6.
