Windows loose

Does anyone else have this problem.. whenever I have my windows rolled down (half way) and I shut my door with the window half way down it is like loose and not in there secure and the window will rattle.

Re: Windows loose

I may have the same issue you are describing. If I roll the window 3/4 to 1/2 way down I will hear a "ticking" noise when I go over bumps in the road. It is definitely the window because if I put some pressure on it, it stops. Rather annoying...but have lived with it so far.

Re: Windows loose

Yeah I think it has something to do with the window being loose. I had the window TSB done for the switch not working sometimes and maybe some how during that they didn't tighten the window or something when they took the door apart.

O,

I think you need to have your truck blow up by a freak "accident" or something.. it's starting to be funny with all the crap you say is wrong. It's something new weekly.

Good luck again

Maybe my alternator will catch on fire or the cruise control will start a fire (like the ford trucks)

I have a list of 12 things wrong with my truck if you want me to post it lol
Nothing gets fixed until like the 3rd time I bring it in for the same problem because the dealership always says normal operation and the problems just get worse and they eventually see what the problem is.

Re: Windows loose

Here is the solution:

http://www.nissanhelp.com/Ownership/.../NTB05-017.htm

Now the fight begins to have the dealership even do the TSB and not say it is "normal".

Is there another dealer you can use ? Also, I know a good lawyer in the Tulsa area if you need one. ( future father in a law )

Re: Windows loose

Looks like I will need a lawyer.. read my post in my "Water leak AGIAN!" post. I'm in OKC though, not Tulsa.

Re: Windows loose

I have had the noise in my front window shield since having it replaced last year. I have had 2 additional service calls to replace the window shield. Waiting to see what happens when I hit the highway at night.
