oil at dealership

whan i bought my titan, my daler gave me three years of free oil changes. up to for a year. i just hit 1000 miles and im thinking of getting it changed out since alot of people recommend it do to the break in period. now my question is as follows, should i take it to the dealer and have them change it out with what ever they use. oil and filter. or im i better off changing it myself using something different. any comments are welcomed. thanks.

Re: oil at dealership

Doing it now would be good.
Letting them do it covers your butt if there is ever a warranty issue.

Exactly why the dealer will do them all on mine while under their warranty.
