Condenser fan not working TSB

I took my truck in last week to get my condenser fan fixed because it was not comming on. I took it in and they replaced the fan and told me it still isent working. they said they called nissan corp to see what to do. and they havent gotten a responce back yet over 2 weeks are gone now. any thoughts?

hound them til they answer.. have them cover under warranty... and let them worry about it later...

wow i thought that fan was for the tranny cooler. shows what i know lol. i guess thats why its on when i got the air on though. man i feel dumb thanks guys

I dont know if I am doing this right, but my condenser fan has shorted out and the dealer said that the whole engine wiring harness was burnt, which in turn was the reasoning for me to not have any tail lights ,which is why I had taken it in. so check for other wiring problems in your harness. hope this helps it is my first time.
