Radiator Problems

Okay so i have talked about this on anohter thread realted to the raditor.

My truck was diagnosed with a cracked RAD and so the dealer fixed it ... but when i was driving my truck around the next day i noticed a vibration/humming noise coming from the front of the truck... this only happens when you GET ON IT.. so i took it back to the dealer and they told me they dont see anything wrong with the install. nothing is out of place as far as the RAD is concerned ... so they say... im going to be taking it back in again for them to find this problem .. the dont deny there is a vibration but they are not sure it has to do anything with the radiator being replaced.

i said it has to be somthing with the radiator because my truck was not doing this prior to the dealer working on my truck.

so my question is this.. has anyone else had there RAD replaced and had vibratiing issues ... and or does anyone know where this vibration might be coming from...

Re: Radiator Problems

just be happy its a vibration and not leaking tranny cooler lines. be sure to check the sping clamps on your cooler lines, as some dealers reuse the stock ones and they will not hold as good the second time.....good luck w/ your prob.

Re: Radiator Problems

okay so aside from just accepting the fact that nissan messed up my truck are there any other reasons why my truck might have vibrations coming from under the hood after they installed a new radiator.... these vibrations also come while in nutral at high RPMS again these were never there prior to the radiator install.....

does anyone here know the process of taking out and putting in a new radiator on our trucks ... i know its probably unlikely but does the engine have to be raised or lowered or ... i know i know im scavengingfor answeres but i have know idea why a new radiaitor would cause vibrations from under the hood unless they diddnt put somthing back the way it was .
