I bought an 05 SE KC 4X4 with 62000 miles last weekend. I bought it knowing it had a noise in the frontend and with the understanding that it would be covered. Yesterday they let me know that they would be replacing the front diff. Having seen this thread, I'll definitely be getting more details on exactly what failed, and whether or not the front diff has been redesigned. I'll post anything I find out. The tech working on the truck is a Titan owner himself. Bought it at Newburgh Nissan in New York. I would definitely do business there again. They have been nothing but helpful.
