Exclamation Stay Away From Future Nissan

GR8 TRUCK, HOWEVER.....STAY AWAY FROM FUTURE NISSAN'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

Cons:
BEWARE OF ~FUTURE NISSAN~! IN THE ROSEVILLE AUTOMALL IN CALIFORNIA. WE BOTH EXPERIENCED UNPROFESSIONAL AND BITTER TREATMENT WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHICH COMPROMISED THE PLEASURE OF OUR NEW PURCHASE. WE HAD TRUST THAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT COULD HANDLE THE ADDITIONAL $4000 IN OPTIONS. WE WERE WRONG IN EVERY WAY. WE ARE WARNING CUSTOMERS NOT TO GO THERE. MOST SINCERELY ~ BARBARA & MICHAEL FLORENTINE,

Overall Review:
DO NOT BECOME A FUTURE NISSAN CUSTOMER.

Re: Stay Away From Future Nissan

Hey Barb and Michael,

First of all, welcome to the forum.
Everyone has different experiences with their dealership. I suggest you go find yourself another dealership and hopefully have better luck with them. I dont have any problems with my dealer and they treat me better that any dealer I have dealt with in the past. Hope you have better luck in the future and enjoy you Titan like the rest of us. Hopefully this dealer experience does not take you away from Nissan because they do make great vehicles. What exactly happened in your experience???

Re: Stay Away From Future Nissan

Welcome to TitanTalk!!!!!!!!

I can appreciate your frustration right now. You do your homework, spend the bucks, only to have some ***wipe act like you owe them something. I've been through it with dealers before. It's amazing how much different one service dept can be from the next. Most of the time the attitude starts somewhere upwards and seems to trickle down, good or bad. Don't lose your cool, sometimes I think they like to see that.

Anyway, you'll get help and support here. You made a great choice for a truck and there are plenty of competent dealers out there. Good Luck!!!!!!!!

PS: what exactly happened????

No offense, but your first post here is a sob story...Where's the proof you got taken?

We've all been throught this before here, and I can recall only one member, who could prove he got screwed royally.

Here is one more case of "knock Nissan vehicles" by posting innuendo about their dealership experience.

When asked by three members to relate exactly what happened, the OP signed off without word one.

They were also asked to post some sort of proof...silence.

One "sob story" post in an hour...what does that tell y'all?

Consider the source here Taleen, and make your own judgements. This one post trash and run doesn't hold much weight.
