Exhaust Leak & Transfer Case Leak

I just turned 60K on my odometer. I'm bone stock with the exception of a K&N air filter. I noticed a large puddle of oil in my driveway last week so I climbed under the truck to find my front output shaft seal on my transfer case is leaking. I had been hearing a ticking noise from the passenger side for the last 2500 miles so I thought I would get that looked at as well. The tick is either the manifold gasket or the donut gasket don't know until later this afternoon. My question is will the transfer case seal be covered under my power train warranty? My service manager at the dealership said he didn't know but he would check on it. And has anyone else had the same thing happen, and what did you end up paying.

we have a 5yr 60k mile powertrain warranty. Hopefully, the dealer will honor this for your issues.
