no low head light beams and now dead bat

Ok,
I am guessing I have a bad low beam relay and some how it is slowly shorting out my battery when the truck is parked. I put a new battery in yesterday and it is dead. The volt meter reads fine after I get it jumped and drive it. But I have no low beams for my head light just highs. For the first two days I had the problem the low beams would some times come on if you drove for about a hour. I am thinking some thing is grounding out and maybe it is the realy (if that is possiable).
The other problem is I can not find the location of this low beam realy. I have open the fuse box and realy box under the hood but I can not find any thing that is labeled low beam or head light relay.
