Re: Rear Differential Part#'s

My understanding is that the e-locker went from two spiders to four at some point in time.

I am unsure if there has been any change in the non-e-locker diffs.

Re: Rear Differential Part#'s

The '04 style diff is no longer in production. Your correct gear ratio and locker/non will be ordered off the VIN and the new diff will be the 05+ style with the preinstalled 75w-140 and the aluminum cover.

Re: Rear Differential Part#'s

on my 2007 4x4 Titan the # is 43001-2H04B just looked at it yesterday. I posted in another thread wondering if this one is a new IMPROVED DIFF but no one has give me an answer yet? if it's not improved from the 04' 05's and 06's i'm going to be very dissapointed AND mad ! there should be no excuse after 3 years that they can't build a rearend that will hold up.....

Re: Rear Differential Part#'s

Since Nissan won't let us order internal gears and such yet, you will probably recieve a complete rear end including tubes, etc... Basically all that will be used from yours will be the vent, rotors, pads, calipers, and abs sensors.

What do you mean "not in production"? My dealer just ordered me a new one stating there have been no changes from 04 to 07..what gives here?

Re: Rear Differential Part#'s

as i understand it, my new diff is the same as a non e-locker 07 which is the same as my old 04 w/ a new diff cover and 75-140 gear oil.

The only thing my new rear didn't come with was the vent, and sensors. They didn't have to transfer over the brakes, or anything else.

i actually saw the diff before and after install and it does not include springs, shocks, brakes or anything but the diff and axle housing.
