electric fan chatter??

when my truck heats up just a bit, like all the rest of yours, the fan kicks on and draws it back down to the optimum temp. (not that it ever gets outta hand, but the needle moves just a hair) and the fan chatters really loud, not like its loose internally, but like its just not mounted as well.. and i've looked all around it, but haven't been able to figure it out yet... anybody else had this problemo?
