4x4 Question and a couple others

1) 4x4 will not disengage unless the vehicle is stopped and put into park. Anyone know the cause or solutions.

2) does anyone else get a rattle noise from inside the dash during acceleration?

3) People that have had a front diff. leak, where does the leak originate?

4) Has anyone else had issuse with the adhesive on the mud flaps and weather stripping fail repeatedly?

Thats all. Thanks.

Re: 4x4 Question and a couple others

If you look under the truck at the front diff you'll see where the CV shafts run from the wheels to the diff. There's 6 bolts that hold the CV to a stub shaft which goes into the front diff. This shaft has a habit of pulling out from the diff. Once its out, oil flows.

Re: 4x4 Question and a couple others

Take those f***ing mud flaps off. I have two marks behind my rear tires that is rubbed all the way down to the bare metal. I threw the mud flaps as far into the woods as I could.

2) No

3) at the driver's side seal

4) just the mud flaps - replaced with www.duraflap.com
