Angry who should I contact?

I recently took my Titan in for the 90,000 mile service. I told the young lady in the service department that I wanted the 90,000 mile service as described in my manuel. ( by the way this is a long thread )
The manuel listed alot of things to be checked and alot to be replaced. Most all fluids including rear diff, ATF, and oil. The serpantine belt and the spark plugs as well were to be replaced. This is the premium service and thats what I exspected for $500. Add to that an alignment and added tow hooks $770. Its a big investment in an exspensive truck that was at the time at 98,000 miles.
The problem started when my truck was not finished at the end of the day on a Friday. Now when I make an appointment for 7am a week in advance for an expensive procedure, i would have thought my truck would take precidence over some other projects they had going on and would be completed when promised.
Well throw in the KC wire harness recall and I understood the delay.
When the truck was not done by noon Saturday I was getting a bit annoyed.
Finally I am called at 3pm with them telling me it will be ready by 5pm.
Ok it was nice of the mechanic to work late on a Saturday to get me done but the problem was he wasnt done.
I arrived at 5:30 and all of the service dept was gone. I'm suppose to pay $770 so I inspect my truck.
First thing I notice is the tires were not rotated? (they could not find the security lug socket in my truck) my bad it was in my tool box at home. They didnt call me or anything? So I think how'd they inspect my brakes, brake lines ect? I looked and could actually see my pads were way worn down.
Nothing in the report? Later that week I notice brake fluid all over the wheel well on the passenger side. ( my brother in law finished my spindle lift for me while i was at work, the week before the service, hence the alignment needed) apparently the connection of the braided steel line to the hard line had worked its way loose or was never tightened all the way. It should have been noticed if it was inspected.
Next thing I do while in the dealership parking lot is climb under the truck.
ATF is dripping from the drain plug! The rear diff hasnt been touched?
So I'm going through the service manuel checking off things ( not many)
radiator cap not replaced, windsheild wipers not replaced, cob webs under the glove box told me the in cabin micro filter not replaced. (later I find out I dont have one in a KC) Drive belt not replaced, they didnt have any in stock?
Seeing all the work not done and not seeing much on the mechanics work sheet as far as materials listed that he used, I am very skeptical about what I am paying for? I did not want to pay until I could talk to the service manager. Monday I go to the dealership to discuss my truck and the bill. First off I wanted to see the credit I was given for providing my own oil (i had bought oil before I decided to get the service) and for having the rechargable air filter. It wasnt on the bill, he gave me $40 off!
summary: they ripped me off, alignment is off, they blame the lift? they suck!
I could keep going but I'm out of room here. who do I write to about Golden Isles Nissan of Brunswick?
