just got back from houston meet and i have problems

my rear brake are screaming loud when i apply pressure and now i am leakin trans fuild from my 4x4 i think it is at the dealer now they gave me a altima that think is fun anyone else has had this problem?

the dealer said it is the radiator they changed that and it was the back brakes the turn the rotors and changed the pads and no charge all under warenty
