Red face Gravel inside my tailgate

I hauled 1000 lb or so of gravel in my Titan, and when I was unloading it, some gravel got into the tailgate through the latch mechanism on the sides of the tailgate.

Does anyone know the best way to get it out? I don't want to have to take it to an autobody shop just to get the rocks out.
