Rear seal

When doing a tire swap yesterday I noticed a wet area on the rear left side tire/ brake area. I originally thought I may have a leaking brake cylinder but no, it was coming from the rear axle seal. Anyone had this before?
I don't recall seeing this anywhere but maybe...
Truck is 04 SE king cab with 50k on it.

Re: Rear seal

It's pretty common but warenty will cover it.You might get the whole rear end replaced with a newer version which would be a good thing.

Re: Rear seal

I think I have the same issue. Any chance of a picture of the problem area?
