XE Front Bumper Problem

I was washing the truck today and noticed the front bumper seemed loose.
I looked underneth and saw that the 2 tabs that connect to the engine undercover were snapped off. The tabs are still attached to the cover.
Anybody else have this happen?
I have a feeling the dealer is going to blame it on the billet grille weight and/or the Armada air dam.
I did have to take it in because the 2 screws at the back of the engine cover had fell out and was just hanging by the fronts and the bumper tabs. Maybe that stressed the tabs.
Oh well, wish me luck on a new bumper.
