Nissan Titan AC

Whenever I turn on my AC to come from JUST the panel I can still feel it coming out on the floor vent and the panel like I didnt even change it, and it is blowing like it is on Mix. But if i JUST select floor then it will come out on JUST the floor. Anyone else have this issue?

Also if I select MAX A/C it blows just has hard and cools just as fast as having it on vent with the recirc turned on.

Re: Nissan Titan AC

No but ever since I installed my 7" dvd screen i can't control the power level for the fan. Its on the lowest level all the time but i can still use the ac controls and max ac. I think i might have accidentally yanked on the knob too hard when installing the dash kit. Anyone have a fix?

Re: Nissan Titan AC

A friend of mine had the same issue on his 07. The dealer replaced a switch and all was well. Take it in for warranty service.

Re: Nissan Titan AC

My AC isn't working very well either. It takes forever to get cold. The Max/AC doesn't seem to blow very hard. I am hoping that it just needs some freon. It's an 06. I can't believe that it needs freon already..

That is what Max AC does, it recirculates the air. That way it can cool the air faster than if it were pulling in 100+ degree air from outside.

Re: Nissan Titan AC

Do you have the auto feature on your a/c. i took mine in for the same thing about a week ago and the dealership said that it was normal to leak a little air out of the floor from when its set on the face vents. The dealer called it 2% air leakage but its more like 15%, but I only run it off of the auto feature and its about 50/50 when its says its on the face vent only
