Transmission slip

When the truck is first cranked & the fluid is not up to the normal operating temp. Im able to drive about a quarter mile & stop at a stop sign then while accelerating from the stop the trans. slips just a second before snatching into gear. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problem.

Yea... Mine does the exact same thing all the time in first from a stop. I took it to the dealer, but they did not even notice it. The guy told me it's probably backlash in the driveshaft and that it's normal... Who know's?? I don't think so.
