Electrical Problem??

I have an 2005 Titan SE King Cab. Over the last 3 weeks I noticed that my truck has been starting slowly. It almost sounds as if I am in a very cold climate, and the truck engine is excessively cold. However, the fact is I am in Florida, and its only down in the 50's right now in the morning. So, the engine is slow to start, and the gauges will flicker up and down for about 5 seconds before equalizing back to their normal position at idle. Yesterday the truck would not start at all, but the gauges were still flickering at each turn over of the engine.
I am taking it in to the local dealership tomorrow, but wanted to see if anyone else has experienced the same issues.

Thanks

Hmmmmmmm I'm thinking battery or alternator, you should check the fluid in the battery, epically in Florida the heat will evaporate battery acid, if it's low boil some water, let it cool and top of the battery but make sure you do it after you stop the truck and it has a lot of charge, then take the truck for a nice long drive to put some charge into the newly distilled water (if too much is missing it's a lost cause and you will need a new battery) but I would try this first, hope it helps. if the battery is good I would have the alternator checked under load if possible...
