Driverside mirror not warming up...

Hey guys, i've noticed that my driverside mirror not warming up. When there's frost, dew, whatever it's called, the passenger side mirror clears up within minutes. The driver's side eventually warms up but takes a really long time, maybe about 30 minutes. Any ideas??
