I have '08 with bench and no vib. problem. I put something light on the passenger seat assuming it would bounce around at speed if there was a significant vib. and it didn't.
So maybe something wrong with the bucket seats too? As I recall, there was a TSB on the passenger seats on the '04 and '05's a while back.
BAD NEWS MY TRUCK IS STILL DOING IT EVEN WITH THE NEW AXLE AND DRIVESHAFTS.... I went for a ride with the senior mechanic that installed everything and he even said it was no better, so he i was going to call my REP and see what he wants to do next... The machanic said that he knows about this problem and he thinks that a engineer needs to be involved or my truck needs to go back to nissan for testing..............

That is too bad. I am sorry to hear about that (for you and for me, honestly). My dealer just called and said that on first inspection he believes my problem is due to the tires. This truck sat on the lot for several months and they are claiming that steel belted radials will form a memory. Not sure how much I buy into that theory....
Will keep you updated. Sorry again to hear about your situation. That just plain sucks. I expect you will get a new truck out of all of this?

My 05 was built in May 05, and I bought it in December 05 with 15 mles on it and no tire problem. That flat spot excuse doesn't hold water.

yeah im sure i will be hearing from the REP sometime tomorrow... I really was hoping that one of those parts would of fixed it... They just need to step up to the plate now and get me a new truck that doesn't have this problem and take my truck and pull it a part and figure out what whats going on with these trucks.... I really really like this truck but i would have a hard time living with that vib and i don't feel like i should have too.....

This SuXXX!!! ADKL1 did you ever watch that video on youtube with the bed shaking on the dyno? Is your truck vibrating like the truck does there around the middle of the video??? If it is doing the same thing there are lots of people having the same exact issues with thier titans. I just passed an 2008 2wd xe on the highway about a week ago and noticed the bed vibrating the same way mine does on the highway. I couldnt believe I noticed it as easy as I did. It actually even seemed worse than mine?!? There must be a design flaw with the titan. And for those that claim they dont have the problm I think they just dont want to admit that the problem is there. Maybe they are writing it off to "bad; roads, tire, wheels, etc,,," Have them change the shocks out.. see if that helps... Keep us posted...
yeah i watched that video but i guess i haven't been behind it to really notice if the bed is shaking that bad, i can see the bed moving but can't really tell how much though.... I have seen the new tundra's bed go crazy on their website but the guys over have already figured out how to fix it.... it just sucks people are asking where is your truck and i have to tell them its in the shop again.. And what makes it worse is i waited 3 months for a 4 Door wrangler rubicon to come in that i ordered then at the last minute i decided to get this truck because i didn't want to deal with the problems the new jeeps where having... HAHAHA

fwiw, my problem is with the passenger seat vibrating, not the whole truck ....i think!!?
mine does not vib as much as it used to, since i adjusted the air pressure to 39 psi cold. btw, i too have bucket seats, still notice a slight vib when crusing at ~45-70mph.

Yeah, I agree this SuXX and Nissann should step and fix it for you. However I do not agree with the statement that everyone has this problem and does not want to admit it.
ALL VEHICLESS will vibrate/shake going down a road. That is just a fact. Heck, I have a couple cars that shake when idling It's the severity of the vibrate/shake that is the problem here.
I watched my truck bed and passenger side seat closely going home last night and coming to work this morning. On the smoothest stretch of the highway I can find I had my hand on the passenger seat and I watched the bed through the side mirrors and rear view mirror. Took the truck from 25MPH to 35MPH, to 40MPH, then to 55MPH then to 70MPH pausing for at each speed to get a good look out of each mirror. I could see No shake in my bed, or any part of my truck, like on the video. As for passenger seat shake, nothing. It did have a small vibration that could only be felt if I stuck my hand in the tight spot between the seat and flip down center console. But I feel that vibration, to a lesser degree, even when the truck is idling.
Has anyone thought about an internal engine problem? I can remember having a nasty shake in a 65 Custlass that we redid. It shoke so bad side to side at 45-55MPH (smooth every were else) I thought it would ripe the car apart. Turned out to be a bad torque converter. Swapped it out and all was fine.

Well, I just came from the dealership this morning afte leaving the truck overnight. My new 08 KC SE titan vibrates, bounces, similar to going over a bunch of 2x4s on the road, specially when during cruising you start to speed up. The dealer had to call an engineer from Nissan in TN to come down here at GA to look and test the truck. He took a bunch of reading on his computer and took them to TN. They will call me back in a couple of days.
