Quality Nissan in Temecula hits a home run

Well I just got the back from picking up my truck, needed my 30,000 blue service and fuel gauge check again. I went to Quality Nissan in Temecula, WOW that’s all I need to say. From the minute I walked in the door there service staff was awesome, very friend not one of the dealers that you would regret leaving you truck at.

Before I even got my truck checked in, the Service manage noticed an exhaust problem with the engine on just long enough to get my mileage. Turns out that the exhaust manifold was cracked, don’t know how I did that .

After I left got a call from the service manager telling me that the porter told him that the wash was not up to par, mostly caused by my work they were making a material mixed with wax and it end up all over our cars, long story short I get a free detail.

After going to Quality Nissan I will never go back to Corona Nissan .

My buddy lives 30 miles east of Temecula.
He bought his 2004 there and has it serviced there too.
He is very happy with them.

Re: Quality Nissan in Temecula hits a home run

Weird, i have 50/50 experiences with Quality Nissan. They didnt diagnose my exhaust manifold crack, for which i then went to Mossy the next day and they ordered the part because they did find it cracked. They replaced my seat switch only to not install it correctly and i had my seat motor fall out and before the could fix it they wanted $90 to "diagnose the problem" and they scratched the glove box which they said was already scratched before i brought it in.

They did change my brakes and changed my axle shaft without hesitation which goes under the good column, but they also scratched up my wheels.

I guess its just luck of the draw. I dont go there even though its closer to me.

I have had the worst luck with Corona Nissan, I took it in for ever service, they never replaced my air filter even once, the service manager treated my I was some stupid kid that didn’t now a thing. They wouldn't do a anything that I asked them to look at; they usually made excuses why it was acceptable. Took it there to have my heater fix, inlet hose failed and every since the replaced it my vent won’t function correctly and the service manager refused to look at it, told me that it was acceptable with the amount of air that was coming out, 60% from floor and 40% from the face vent, when switch to only the face vents, compared to them Quality was great.

Re: Quality Nissan in Temecula hits a home run

Glad you had good luck with Quality Nissan, I will never go back. They're 3-4 miles away and I will drive the 35 miles or so to Mossy in Oceanside before I take it back to Quality.

Their techs must've been deaf to not be able to hear the noise from my brake booster.

The idiot service advisor refused to do anything about the rattles with my wife's Quest claiming rattles and squeaks are only covered under the 12 month/12k mile "adjustment" warranty.

She then went on to tell me TSBs aren't recalls so they're not covered under warranty and refused to perform a TSB also affecting the Quest.

Not to mention she wanted to charge me $75 to even look at the problems. HELLO! WARRANTY. Stupid...

Needless to say Mossy in Oceanside took care of all the problems without any question or hassle and that's why both Nissans were bought there and always go there for service.

Corona Nissan must be horrible. Hope your next experience at Quality is as good as your first one.

I won't even mention what they tack on to new vehicle prices to raise the prices to an insane amount. $6k+ for "protection" packages (Paint, fabric, etc)...

Anyway, let us know how your next experience is. Hopefully you don't get Raven as your advisor, she's beyond worthless.

good to hear you found a dealer that will take care of you. regardless of what some people will say, not all dealerships are shady, and only a dealership knows your nissan better than anyway. nice story.
