Radiator Replaced

07 Crew Cab with 10970 miles and I had to have my radiator replaced today. Started leaking two days ago, took it to the dealer and they replaced radiator today. I dont know about Nissan but here at the Honda dealer we dont have a need to keep radiators in stock for 07 vehicles unless there is a problem with them, but they had them. Never got a straight answer as to exactly where it was leaking from. First response was that whoever installed my CAI must have knocked a hose loose (CAI installed 3 months ago) but yet I need a new radiator. Oh well...I believe it was the radiator cap..it is a POS!!!!!!

Re: Radiator Replaced

I just had mine replaced again also for the second time. For me it was the radiator tank itself that was leaking no lines or cap. That plastic POS tank should have never made its way on to the titan.

Re: Radiator Replaced

mine was replaced 1 week after i bought it. Its a used truck with 59k mi...I also thought it was the cap..interesting how they may change the whole radiator for a possible cap leak? And this truck was certified when bought with 59k miles. Thats a whole different story about the dealer and its practices.

Re: Radiator Replaced

Plastic tanks don't have a good rep with our Mech shop.
