My SES light just truned on today. Brought it to the dealer and they said it was an Oxygen Sensor with a Code of PO153. They told me that they could not do anything about it since I changed or made a muffler swap. Does anyone know if this is true or is the dealer trying to BS me for something that really is not the problem. Any help or recommendations would be great.
I would tell them to go pund sand. The oxygen sensor is upr from the 02 sensor. I would take it to another dealer or call Nissan customer service

Thanks AF-Medic, done what you said and they told me it had nothing to do with the O2 sensors. However they fixed the problem at no charge. Appreciate the help thanks.

Huh? Ok, is there a typo here? the oxygen sensor and O2 sensor is the same thing, O2 is oxygen. So to say the O2 sensor is up from the oxygen sensor really doesn't make any sense because it is the same sensor.....
