Knocking noise????

I have a 06 CC, all stock and I hear a knocking noise somewhere between
the cab and the bed of my truck. When I drive on a smooth road I rarely
hear it, but when im on a bumpy road I hear this knocking noise. The noise is not a consistant noise. The only time I hear it is when either my back window is down or the rear seat windows are down. Has anyone esle experienced this?

Then I would look at the bolts the hold your bed to the frame.

Yesterday I had someone drive my titan while I was in the back trying to figure out where the sound was coming from. I kept hearing the noise, but couldn't see anything, so today im going to checked underneath the area and see if I can see anything!!
