Some line of thought would be you need to read more and continue to post less. You are dipping into an area which you seem to have no personal experience. I have had TWO Titans. one 2wd and one 4wd. Both have had this issue. The 2wd stayed stock, and the 4wd has the level only. UCA bucket wearing a hole in itself do to striking the coil bucket is Piss Poor Design and a very well know issue. Not Operator error. Simple fix has been to either grind away safely, or replace crappy stock shocks with a quality name brand.
