stay away from Pomoco Nissan Hampton,VA

Hi all I just wanted to warn everyone to stay away from Pomoco Nissan in Hampton, VA. I have bought 4 new trucks from them since nov. of 2003 the last 2 were nissan titans. My first titan a 2006 had some problems in the front end that after about 6 trys could not be fixed so nissan bought the truck back and I got into a new 2008 truck. Since I got the 08 it has been in the shop 8-10 times now for different things. one of which has been the allignment done at 300 miles on the truck. It went back in today for a 2nd allignment because the tires were wearing badly and the allignment was off again, and the dealer wanted me to pay for it. I spoke with the owner Henry Aries who wanted me to bring it in to get fixed, and he said well nissan will only pay for one so this one is on you after they did the work. I said hold on it was messed up when I took delivery of the truck and that allingment should not count as my free one cause it was not right when I bought it and it was a brand new truck. he said im not gonna argue with you about this back and forth you have to pay.So I stood up and said have a nice day and that this will be the last time he sees me. He then responded with good do that, we dont want you back here again. I said excuse me I have bought 4 trucks from you in 4 yrs he said I dont care if you bought 100 from me we dont want your bussiness. I then said I will also tell everyone I know about this and to stay away from you. And henry's responce is I dont care cuz they will look at the sorse. So basically he called me a piece of crap.

I dont think that I have been in the wrong at all and that Pomoco Nissan has been very unwilling to help there customers after they get your money. So please do me and yourself a favor and stay away from them if you are looking to buy a nissan.

You should walk the sidewalk in front of their dealership with a sign that says, "dealership want do warranty work, and they don't want my business"

Or something like that.

As long as you stay on the public sidewalk.

Just another example of a business not thinking long term. The dealerships actual cost of the alignment was minimal. They could have absorbed that just to make thousands next time you buy. Shame on them, good for you. Put a couple ads in the paper and start doing letters to the editor.

It's possible there is an internal squabble going on between the technicians and the management and you just happened to show up at the wrong time.

I think I am gonna have a buddie of mine that makes stickers make me something to put on my rear window informing all that read it about my negative experiance with Pomoco Nissan. Also standing out front with a sign is not a bad idea but I dont think there is a side walk in front of the dealership, but there is a median in the center of the road.

Park your truck in the median, and sit it front of it with a big sign!!!

call nissan of america and let them know of your experience with the dealer and how it has "affected" your view of nissan products in general.

nope it is a bone stock truck. And it has been in the shop now I think 10 times since I got it.

Some guy around my work was driving around with a billboard in his truck(Chevy) that said "I bought this lemon from this dealer". He had parked it down the road from the dealer for about a week. Then every now and again I would see it around town.
