VDC/Slip/4WD

I have a 2004 Titan LE Crew cab. The VDC/Slip/4WD lights came on and were no longer functioning. The dealer indicated it was a speed sensor in the front wheel and was replaced under warranty - since then it has happened two more times and they are now indicating it's the speed sensors in the rear wheels which are NOT under warranty. HELP...

It could be. What kind of mileage between the failures? Why are front under warranty and not rear? Extended warranty?

did the error codes locate the problem to the speed sensors?? i only get the lights when i've been in traffic for sometime, never when cruising along the highway...
