Cruise Control (Again)

I was hoping I'd never have to post in this folder...

I just came back from vacation and my cruise doesn't work again. This happened about a month ago. The dealer said that the on/off button was sticking (according to their code) and replaced the part. It worked after that.

Now I get back and it's not working again. Anyone dealt with something like this before? What's is happening is that when I turn the cruise on by the steering wheel button the cruise light comes on and then the 'set' light next to it blinks.

It may not be the same problem as before. Could be many things like a brake switch or a trans problem. You're under warranty so just take it back to the dealer.

yep - that's what I plan to do when I have the time. I just hate taking it back to the 'tards at the dealership, if you know what I mean.

Okay - well how about the 'tards at MY dealership then... I had to explain to them how to look up codes on the strange "internet" if they don't find them in their years-old manual.

Apparently a continuing issue. My cruise has been in varying states of operation for the last 6 mo. Need to get resolved for the big trip in July.
