Truck acting like it's not getting fuel.

I have an 04 Titan. Bought it new in Dec. of 03'. In 06' we took it to the dealer in Tifton GA telling them that when you hit the gas the truck sat still and would not go anywhere. It would jerk like it wasn't getting any gas. We left the truck b/c it was under warranty. When we picked it back up, the service guy told us that the injectors were dirty and they cleaned them. We also told them about another issue where the ATP, 4 Lo lights would blink like there was a shortage somewhere. This last issue was never fixed and it still does it to this day.
My problem is this, yesterday on my way home, the truck started doing the same thing as before. It will go no faster than 45 unless you let off the gas and press very lighlty. If you give any pressure at all, it does nothing but sit there. I called the dealership again this morning and told them it's doing the same thing again and that it has done it occasionally over the past 2 years since they fixed it but this time, it's not going away. I was told when they looked up my VIN# that I had water in my tank and there was no injector problems last time. This is not what I was told by the service guy when I picked up my truck.
Has anyone else had this problem with their Titan? If so, what was the outcome. Any help would be appreciated since I dont feel I should have to pay for something that they should have fixed when it was under warranty.

Sounds like you should have your TCU or ECU checked. It sounds like one of those is having some issues controlling your tranny. Just a suggestion to try.
