I had a noise coming from the rear-end of my 06 Titan and I needed an oil change so I took my truck to Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia they found the noise issue in one day and ordered the part I needed.
When I dropped off my Titan they had a car for me so it took all of 5min. when I picked my truck up, because I was working late hours they made arrangements for me to pick it up after hours booth when they found the problem and a week later when they fixed the problem and to top it all they gave me the oil change at no cost.

I’m so glad I got my Titian at Sutherlin they really take care of their costumers.

I don't know so I'm going to ask, are they owned by the same person?
If so what other locations do they own?

The one up hear really takes care of you, this was the third time I had to take my Titan in and it’s always the same good service that’s why the post.
The first time was; the trim on the back passenger door was loose and I needed to bring it in when their body guy was in because he only comes twice a week, because I had to come back they filled up my gas tank. The second time I had them tighten the overhead conceal and give me an oil change, they gave me the oil change with no charge and topped off my gas tank.

That is great to see. I purchased my Titan from Sutherlin and have been to the service department for a couple of minor issues and both experiences were very pleasant. I wish it were more convenient for me to continue going there. They really seem to have customer service figured out.
