Question A/C Problem - Help

So I was driving in stop & go traffic this afternoon (hot as heck) and the A/C stopped for about 3 seconds, then started right back. The fan just stopped - air ceased to flow - and then started right up again. What in the world??!! Anyone ever experienced this?

Re: A/C Problem - Help

I've had the a/c do some funny stuff before. Never just stop, but occasionally act like it had a mind of it's own. Mines a dual zone with the auto settings.

Can't say I've ever had, or heard of this before. Was it that one time? If so, it's gonna be hard for the dealer to get a handle on. But that's still your best bet. Warranty work time.

This happened to me today as well!! WTF!! Just replaced the battery yesterday but I don't think that would have anything to do with it.

Re: A/C Problem - Help

Let me know if it keeps happening to you. Like carbeaux said - I can't go to the dealer with it only happening a couple of times.
