Gutless Blower Motor

I have a 2004 Titan King Cab and I love the truck. The problem seems to be an under powered blower motor. The cab stays cool enough unless the outside temp gets above 90F.

Any thoughts?

Do you have cabin filters?
If you do and hav'nt been changed they maybe clogged.
Look in your manuel to locate them, they are behind the glove box

There is a TSB out on the fan sitting in front of the A/C coil. Apparently it was installed backwards and sucks when it should blow.

i thought the tsb was for 07 models, anyway, check the filters first as stated, when i took mine out, there was a large chunk of some sort of insulation laying on top of them. this was blocking a lot of my airflow. i took them out, removed the object, blew them out with an air chuck, and put them back in. so far so good.
