That would make sense....since my fog lights still work with the alleged bad ECM relay. However, one week almost and still going strong so I am keeping my fingers crossed.
mine is to.. when i first turned them on with the bad relay they hesitated for a few seconds but then turned on and have been fine ever since.

I have a 2005 nissan titan se cc and I have some serious issues with it. To start off, i have to give only a tap on the gas until i gain enough power. I cannot hit over 5000 rpms in neutral nor drive. I believe my rev limiter is the cause of it. I do not have stopped up cats. when i begin accelerating in a quick mannor, the truck will back fire and bogg way down. Then the engine will jump from 2000 rpms to 5000 rpms repeatedly. Is this due to Ipdm? Maybe a faulty 02 sensor? I need help asap
you guys keep mentioning the part number but where can i get one??
i cant wait weeks for my dealer to take there time and getting one!?!?

my fog lights have never worked and my board and relays are all scarred up from people pulling them out with pliers. my truck was pre-owned and has obviously seen this problem with the previous owner.
also the fog lamp relay swap didn't work. OH i just realized that with my fog lamps never working and it not starting when i swaped that one that relay is bad. what are the other relays that are right there around the ecm and fog lamp relays that i can use for the swap?
you can its just a matter of what you can live without, or what you truck doesnt have to begin with. the one to the left of the ecm relay is the rear window defogger. try that one.

There are Eight relays on the board. They all appear to be the exact same. Most of mine have a number 4 stamped in the corner, one of them had a 5 stamped in the corner. This happen to be in my fog light slot. I don't have fog lights so I swapped it with the ECM relay... Works FINE.... going on 11 days.... if it fails I will swap the rear window Defogger relay next, to keep it running until I get a board...... Nissan quoted 456.84 for a New IPDM...
my foglights have never worked so that relay must be bad. that relay didn't start the truck and neither did the one all the way to the left (rear defroster). is it possible that the board (IPDM) just fried all the way and won't let it start? i did the test with the key and the interior light switch in the door frame.... the only thing that didn't work was the oil light didn't flash when it went through the rundown of the wipers, high/low beams, fan, defrost, a/c clutches, etc.
switch the fog lamp relay & ecm relay or the rear window defroster relay.... Fine the diagram of the IPDM in the
"Stall after rough idle?" Thread.......
Look at the diagram of the IPDM and orient the board so the the 45 degree angle of the edge of the IPDM matches your IPDM, since the relays are not marked just to be SURE that you changed the right relay.......

Excellent post.
I just got done writing down a description of the board, orienting it by the 45 Degree Beveled Edge, in my iPod Touch "Memo" Program. Good info to have with you, just in case.

i popped in the owner's manual on CD that another member on here made and mailed to me. so i know the layout of relays.
i thought since i never had foglights i would try the rear defroster and that didn't work so i tried the heated mirror relay next. i'm guessing my IPDM is just shot to all hell because none of the other relays are working and my fogs have never worked.
also i noticed when swapping relays that the ones i swapped with the ecm and a couple others had chewed up edges from being removed with pliers and a screw driver. i bought my truck pre-owned and from what i can see this truck has had some IPDM issues in the past.
has anyone else had the same trouble with Nissan that i have over this? it's been a nightmare being that my T is my sole transportation.
they did say that they would reimburse up to $250 for a rental after i have my T towed to the shop, diagnosed with the machines, and prepay the $240 for the part.
i don't know about you guys but i can't afford to pay a tow charge, diagnose charge, part $, and rental car out of pocket all up front.
this is leavin a real bad taste in my mouth. i'm tryin to be cool and realize the place Nissan is in and can't just accomodate all of us (and there is alot of us with this faulty part). i wanna believe that they need to do something for us but after all i've done and everyone i've talked to i'm just giving in and just starting to see it their way.
i don't even what that way is... i have no fight left in me. they just keep repeating.... "we will try to see about getting you the part as fast as we can". but you can tell that they don't even believe that ****.
we all need to complain to nissan.. stress our displeasure...
its one thing to ahve a part malfunction, might not be nissans fault...
but atleast stand by your product and make sure your customers can at least get to work to make money to PAY for the titan...
im going to stress how they might be losing a customer for life including family...

It looks like Nissan is finally shipping out IPDMS again, I seen release dates of 11/6/09. I had a back door for getting them in the begining, but Nissan quickly figured it out, I got my last shipment of 4 yesterday, and they are all gone that fast.... now to see if I can wrangle some more up....
At least you got your TJ! LOL!
