Re: 2WD leveling Q's

Ok...without doing anything to the rear, will a 2 or 2.5 front spacer make my truck more level, or have a slight rake? I just dont want the front any higher than the rear. Thanks

mine has a 2.5" daystar spacer with nothing in the rear and there is still some forward rake. Don't get those spacers though, they cause your shocks to fail and I mean quickly.

Do you mean the brand of spacer, or the 2.5 spacer itself. I havent heard about the shocks going bad due to a spacer?

Re: 2WD leveling Q's

My shocks are also blown Nissan failed with this set up big time. I had my leveling kit of for 20k before they went out. I've also jumped the truck that may have helped the process along a little.

Re: 2WD leveling Q's

The billet type spacers (like the PRG or NCD ones) should not hasten the demise of your shocks. The Daystars and it's knockoffs will, though.

As for pics I can only post mine showing the 2.5" front and 1" block rear.

Re: 2WD leveling Q's

I guess i'll go ahead and replace the shocks on my truck when I get the leveling kit. What do you recommend for a nice ride, the 5100's from bilstein?
