your not going to fined it cheaper so just order it from RC it will make your life easyer like if they forget to put something in the box , ( they did that to me ). Its a good kit but the only thing is that you might have to get longer SwayBar Endlinks because the SB might roll over. A few of 4wd titans like myself have that problem but i dont know if being 2wd changes that. If you do need new Endlinks they need to be 5" long ...

Thanks, ordering from the manufacturer does give me a little bit more buyer confidence. Got a few noob questions tho
Whats SB? And what exactly do the swaybars do? Suspension is definitley not my forte

A swaybar keeps the side to side movement to a minimum ( like when you go around corners ).. Its a round long peace of metal that hooks to the LCA's on both sides..

and where do i get 5" endlinks ? thanks guys since this is one of my next parts. thanks
also all this parts they look like for the front of the truck.. how do i lifth the back or there are missing parts on the picture, thanks.
I was looking this kit over and after reading the PDF installation files it indicates 04-07 where as the front page says 04-09.. If you call to order you might double check on this. There is a difference between the 04-07 and the 08 models..
I'm personally looking at this kit as well for the upper control arms.
on this kit what gives you the lift? If you leave stock shocks do you still get the 3" of do you still have to put in bigger ones? just wondering how it works
You do not have to replace your current shocks to run the RC 3" kit. Most members change their shocks at the same time to save the hassle of doing it later. Some members such myself needed them changed and wanted additional lift beyond the 3". To achieve that we went with the Bilstein 5100 shocks, which are height adjustable by adjusting the spring perch (+1/2"-2"). If you are 04-07 go with the RC kit and the 5100 shocks. If you are 08+ go with the PRG kit and the 5100 shocks. The 08+ members seem to be having UCA to coil bucket contact with the RC kit with Bilsteins set to 1"+ lift. The PRG UCA seem to correct the problem. The Bilstein part number you need for the front is F4-BE5-D185-H0, and for the rear F4-BE5-D186-H0. The fronts are still on national backorder at the moment I believe.

thanks for the advice sat x. Did you go with this set up then? have any pics on it? So if you go with the rc and bilstein adjustable you are looking at anywhere from 3" or more lift from stock? would you recommend anything for back lift? I was looking at the extended lift shocks from prg what do you think about those? they seem a bit expensive though
My goals is to get the UCAs from PRG along with the new End Links, the ones that are not on PRG WEB site.
I'm an 08.5 4x4 SE.
I have front and rear Bilsteins 5100's coming. Already have the 1.5" PRG leveling kit and 1" blocks for the rear.
What I plan on doing in the front. This will give me about 1" of lift all the way around.
- Front Bilstein 5100 (preload 1") + PRG 1.5" leveling kit + PRG UCA + PRG new End Links.
- Rear Bilstein 5100's + PRG 1" block.
Other option I'm thinking of is getting 1"-2" all the way around.
- Front Bilstein 5100 (preload 0") + PRG 2.0" leveling kit + PRG UCA + PRG new End Links.
- Rear Bilstein 5100's + PRG 1.5" block.
The question I have for the folks that have set the preloads on the Bilsteins 5100s. How is the ride set on position 1? (positions are 0, 1, 2)
Yes I went with the RC kit and Bilstein 5100 setup, and don't regret any part of it. Yes you will have at least 3" of total lift, depending on what you preload the shocks to. I would go with a 1.5" block in the rear. Thats what I have and have slight forward rake, about 1/4" difference front to back. Anything PRG is good quality, but like you know you have to pay for quality. If I had a big budget I would of gone all out PRG. Although the RC kit is nice quality without the high price tag.
