Hey guys, first time posting here and would like to say there is a bunch of great guys here--keep up the good work!
I have a stock 07 Titan and want a basic lift kit that doesn't require cutting welding etc... I'm thinking of the Pro comp stage1 kit 6" so I can run 35's on custom wheels.
My dillema is that I went to my local Nissan dealer here in BC, Canada and asked for a quote on this install. They told me they have done this lift install before and it's a great kit but told me it will take 16 hours to install at $100.00/hr. = $1,600.00 plus 15% tax--OOOuch! The lift kit + install will be about $6,000.00 not including tires and rims. I think this is obsurd!
I live within 1 hour of Kalispell Montana and 2 hours from Couer d'elene ID. and 3.5 hrs from Spokane Washington. Can anyone recommend a place that will install lifts? I hear Les Schwab will do this. I can purchase the Procomp lift in the U.S. and have it shipped to the Montana shipping outlet and get some place in the US to do it and drive it back to Canada.
There are 2 4hweel parts in washington...info below. I know 4wheel parts kinda sucks but no clue about local shops up there someone will chime in from that area hopefully. I know for a fact 4wheel parts will get a pro comp kit installed for about 2500 for you. They ship the kit to their locations for free and it will only take a day. You should easily be able to get something around 3500-4K with tires included. Anyway this may not be the best option but its a cheaper one...

Thanks for the quick reply! Ya, that price sounds much more reasonable. We always get screwed here in Canada--try to buy everything I can in the U.S. including groceries. I guess I'll buy and install the lift there to.
It doesn't take 16-hrs. The Titan usually takes closer to 8-hrs because the rear blocks go on pretty quick. It's the ARMADA that takes about 16-hrs because the Rear is every bit as tough as the front is.
I would give ProComp a call if I were you. Their Tech folks have a list of installers available.
hey i live in hamilton, mt i'll do it if you wanna drive down. 3.5 hours south kalispel.
Thanks for all the offers. Hey, what do you guys do for spare tires? I'm thinking of running 285 75 18's on my stock rims once the lift is installed. Do any of you know if you can fit this size under the bed where the stock 265 70 r18 is stowed. If not, can a guy use the stock tire as a spare as long as it's not on the back and not in 4x4.
