Lifted 2wd at Dealership

I saw a lifted 2wd for sale at my local dealership. They said it was made by CST? It looks like it was lifted about 4 inches and it was not a spacer lift. Does anyone have any more info on it? The dealership did not want to give too much info since they had it installed as a 5,000 option.

List on the kit is 2399.95. Does not look too difficult to put in. Anyone want to try it out?

There's already several members on this site with the kit installed. Do a search.

worm - does your local dealership happen to be in Oceanside, CA? That truck looks nice of so.

it wasn't cheap, but it's worth it ... you can't imagine the looks that i get

Titansurveyor,

I had mine done through eddie at cloud9 motorsports, but it was actually installed by SoCalSupertrucks. I've been told that CST owns SoCalSupertrucks, and they've done all of the dealer-lifted titans that i've seen, so i felt really comfortable taking my truck to them.

it was $2600 installed and i had to purchase rims/tires ....a posted a link to another thread re: lifted titans, pricing, etc..

my local dealers are marking trucks up $6000 to $8000 for the lift and you don't get the original parts, stock wheels and tires.

CST 8" lift kit special offer for Titan 2wds.

Sound like you got a good deal, compared to what the dealer is offering....

i hear ya, man..

i drove the lifted titan on the dealer lot... fwy, turns, the whole nine, then bought a non-lifted one and lifted it myself... that way i knew that i loved the truck before i dropped the cash on the lift.

I just went to CST's site and it states the following, ".... FOR LIFTING THE REAR YOU GET A PAIR OF 4" BLOCKS & U-BOLTS WITH THE KIT, OR YOU HAVE THE OPTION OF INSTALLING DEAVER 4" PERFORMANCE REAR LEAF SPRINGS...." What is the difference between 4" blocks & u-bolts and deaver 4" performance rear leaf? Is there a huge difference?

One more question, with this lift, is the front and rear leveled?

Thanks

The truck is level. Looks awesome too. Mine was 2500 installed. It will probably cost you an extra couple grand for wheels and tires. I got my wheel and tires through discount tire where I get free rotation and free tire repair on flats or if someone even slashes them.
