Gas Mileage w/lift

Before yall get angry w/me for askin about gas mileage, read on! I've searched, and can't find where anyone has discussed what effect the lift has on gas mileage. There's been discussions about acceleration, braking and handling, but not gas mileage.

As I've said many times now, I test drove a Titan w/the lift, but obviously, I couldn't tell how many mpg it was getting. For those of you that have put the 8" CST lift on, how has it affected your mpg in the city and on the highway? How many miles are you gettin per tank? Thanks for your helpful info in advance!

Well they are running bigger tires and have reported a decrease in gas mileage.

I know that the tires are bigger (but not that much), and they experience slightly more wind resistance. Obviously, as a result, gas mileage will decrease. I'm just wondering approximately how much.

Um, i only tested my MPG once after the lift and i got 13 driving highway on a trip towing one jetski which i think is pretty good. I would guess that everyday driving would get me around 10 but i really have no idea.
