The CST site says something about a driveline recommended (optional). Any idea if why this is recommended and what should someone expect if they don't do the driveline swap (I assume it's a swap)?

It's just a longer front drive shaft. If you heavy off road and max the suspension out a lot, very good idea to have. You rather have the most shaft on yoke as possible. This is a new item brought to light ... we talked at length (me and my local 4wd shop) with CST Friday and they said nothing of the driveshaft or skidplate nor did Greg Vogel when i talked to him. I figure it all out in the morning and post up something.
