My 04 has had all usual problems. I came on-line today to read about why my truck sounds like a 90 year old man getting out of bed when I back out of the driveway. After reviewing the previous posts, I see my leaf springs need to be lubricated.
Why, though, is the front drivers side suspension groaning and squealing like a stuffed pig when I back out of the driveway. My Driveway is at a 30-45 degree angle and the suspension twists when I back out. The noise from all over is embrassing to say the least. But the front end is the worst.

:
I had the same problem UNTIL last week, my rear springs(both) use to squeak lyke crazy right where the roler ball/clamp with plastic is, If I lubricated that spot with DW40 or any silicon type lubricant, the horrible noise went away BUT as soon as I hit the dirt roads which is almost daily I get the squeaks back, I could even hear the sound when I got in or out of the truck, even when my 30lbs kid got in or out.. Everyone who got near my truck use to complaint abought the sound, hell I was ashamed of my truck making that horrible noise..
Well now I have to complete new springs set up for almost 5 days, I havent taken it to the farm yet because I was on vacation but Im extremely happy that I havent heard that loud squeaky noise yet, if the sound comes back its for sure a flaw in design...(there must be no dusty dirt roads where this truck was designed and tested at) ...
I will recommend for now a quick fix: first clean that area with water using a spray jet type so you can clean the dust an dirt from that area, then after that apply some lubricant like WD40 or any silicon type lubricant....(both worked the same for me, only lasted a day or so or until I hit the dirt roads by the farm)..

The grease on the leaf springs quieted things down, but it is only temporary. I still haven't figured out what's squealing up front. I can bounce on the front end all day long and get nothing. As soon as I put in gear, GROAN!
I think I'll be back at the dealer again for judder pretty soon, I'll let them figure this out too.

I have fixed mine, and so far its worked pretty well, use a dry lude and applie it after cleaning, but let it dry first or use an air hose to get rid of the water/dampness first. The problem with using wet type of lubes is the it will attract the dust and dirt. Learned this the hard way when I went 4wheelin in the desert with quad, chain lube + sand = bad news.
Which one do you guys suggest to use as a dry lube? any brand and where to get it at?
Dry lube is typically silicone spray. I currently have Napa 8300. Lot of companies make it though. I think it doesn't really matter on the brand. The graphite I mentioned is sold in little tiny tubes and is a dark gray dust, (same as pencil "lead"). Hardware store usually have it for door hinges, etc.
