I ask this question out of frustration because I am tired of looking at the "jacked-up-look" that my 04 SE KC has. I have had many spring over axled trucks, but there has always been a way to lower them....flip kits and so on.....I know that I can get a set of extended shackles, but that will only give me 2 inches at the most and that's with removing the "helper" spring. I also know that I was able to still tow quit a bit even with my old Chevy lowered, so I know it's possible. Why isn't anyone stepping up as far as major manufacturer's?
Does anyone know of anything coming out in the near future? Please let me know.

I wouldn't mind lower the back of my Titan a couple of inches. Even with a 500 lb motorcycle, and a trailer on the hitch with a couple of hundred pounds of tounge weight, the *** in is still up in the air, which, I guess, is good. But wouldn't mind having the capability of having it lower, then have some airbags or something to help even it out if it needed it while towing.
Any ideas?

I've always taken the lower spring out of EVERY spring over axle truck that I've lowered. I don't see how adding a spring helps.....I'm sure someone will chime in as to what I'm talking about here.

www.streetbeatcustoms.com has a 2"/4" lowering kit. I was thinking about getting it, but they keep jacking up the price. They used to go for about $450 but now they are selling them for about $750.
I heard a rumor recently that Belltech was coming out with a lowering kit for the Titan, so I called them a couple of weeks ago. The rumor is true! They said it would be available in about 6 months and they wouldn't give me any details on price, how much of a drop, or anything. I think I am going to wait to see what they come up with.
A third option is a custom job. A good customizing shop should be able to set you up, although this might be the most expensive option. I am considering designing my own set of springs and having them fabricated.
No doubt that if its down that you want to go, Belltech is definitely the way. A bit pricey but those guys know their stuff.
I agree, Belltech has some quality products. But based on some of their other products, they actually look pretty reasonably priced. It will be interesting to see what the price is on the Titan kit.
m95roadster, since you never replied, actually I'd like to go a little lower than what your truck looks like. I was thinking that I could put this in the "performance" section since seeing that a lift is now considered a "performance" mod........am I wrong?
the only good thing to do to a lowered titan is to drive over it with one that is lifted 6 inches!
Some people like blonds some brunettes. If you hate lowered trucks, don't read threads that are about them. Although I'm trying to figure out why I just read this thread. Oh yeah, vodka.
