I just put on a PRG 2" in front, 1" in rear kit. After doing the driver side rear spacer correctly, I think I might have made a mistake on the passenger side. I tightened up the u-bolts before I completely lowered the rear off the jack. The spacer was snapped in correctly, but my bed is sitting nearly an inch higher on the passenger side than the driver side. After a week of driving around like that, I loosened up the passenger side ubolts, jumped up and down on the bumper to try to settle it, then tightened it back up. Still higher on the one side.
The bed itself still looks to be properly aligned. I have tried taking two measurements, top of tire to bottom of fender and top of leaf spring over axel to frame. Both measures show this difference. The truck is basically new, 1600 miles with no abuse/offroad. Does have a full tank of gas, could that be the difference? Any thoughts?

When you say spacer...I assume you are talking about the rear blocks? Instead of just loosening one side....loosen both u-bolts in the rear and jump up and down in the bed. Re-torque to spec and tell us what the variation is if any.

Dumb question here. Did you measure the two blocks to make sure they were the same thickness. It's possible that they could have mistakenly sent you an odd pair. Either way, you should be able to look and see if they are seated properly or not. One more thing. Did you check and make sure that you have the same amount of thread sticking out on either side of the u-bolt? Its possible that you have the u-bolt whacked out because its been threaded up further on one side of the bolt than it is on the other.

Almost an inch! Dang, that's outta whack! I don't know how the U-bolts could have done this, but try what bear hunter suggested and loosen both sides, make sure the alignment pins are still securely in place on top and bottom of the blocks and re-tighten evenly.
Thanks for the tips, I will try doing both sides tonight. The blocks are the same thickness and seated properly.
The other thing I have checked to verify is that the front end is level left to right...and it is perfect. If loosening both sides and running the tank down to 1/2 doesn't bring it to within ~1/4 inch, I guess I'll take it to the dealer and *****.
Thanks again fellas!

Mine, while still fairly new, and still stock, was 3/4" higher on the driver's side. In your case it's better since this should compensate for road crown since you are higher on the passenger side.
Here are two posts that offer an explanation on the cause:

Thanks Swarren! I spent some time under the truck this afternoon and your explanation makes sense. I measured the difference between the two sides in lots of locations and spring deformation is about the only thing that makes sense. Not sure what I want to do now though....it is really out of wack, very noticable in my opinion. I'll see what the dealer says. Would like to hear from Greg on this as well. Maybe I will look into a set of deaver springs if I can't get this fixed another way.
