I have a 6" Procomp lift, and I just got some 325/60/R20 Tires on some 20X10 rims, and they are hitting the front bumper cover, and hitting the back inner tire wheel well along with the bottom of the fender. Anyone else had similar issues? Trying to avoid cutting if at all possible.
My tires are the same overall size. But they are 325-50-22. I think that your wheel is probably offset too much. The 325's are actually about an inch wider that a standard 35" tire so you have more tire to be rubbing. I had to do some trimming on the fender well, and it still rubs on occasion, but I never had to do any trimming on the bumpuer. In fact the closet that mine comes is probably 3/4". So I think that your wheel is the culprit.

Oh yeah, You can't forget the chrome truck nuts!
I have the Fabtech 6" lift with the same size tires as you have and i had to cut and bend(hammer) the rear part of the front fender so the tire wouldn't rub. For the front, well... i still havent fixed that yet. I still rub if i have too much speed entering a drive way or any entrance with a slope. I think i will attend to that problem tomorrow.
I have the Nitto AT's but the Toyos are the same and they both are bigger than any 35 inch tire on the market. Our tires are 35.5 inches(considered 36's) in diameter and a little over 13 inches wide.
The only way to avoide trimming is to put a 3" body lift on. It will look sweet, but a couple hundred dollars extra.
This might sound like a dumb question, but I will ask it anyways... Do you think you could put a leveling kit on along with a 6" Pro Comp kit to make the additional room for the tires? If the suspension didnt sag so much the tires would clear the fender and front bumper.
Well on my 22x10, ithey're not supposed to fit. They have a 6" backspace, and the fabtech lift calls for a maximum 5" of backspace. My right front tire was just touching the upper spindle mount so I had a 1/4" spacer made to clear it. Works fine now.

I have the same question, will PRG 2" leveling kit work or fit with a Pro Comp, CST, Rancho or any other lift???

I am running 6" procomp lift with 325/60/20 nitto's on 20 x 9 Axis titan rims. Clearance is excellent. I had done quite a bit of trimming because I started off with a 20 x 10 rim and was never happy with my clearance . I got 4 wheel to trade the wheels out for me a few weeks later and its perfect. I probably would not have had to trim much at all if any if I would have started out with this set-up. Hope that helps
I love the rims easy to clean and look great on silver truck. Not too blingy. Sorry about the pic I took it with my camera phone. I am moving and my personal pc is not set up yet.
