leveling kit installed

now, if I run the stock wheels (xe) can I fit 315's or 35's without alot of rubbing or trimming. I tried and aftermarket wheel with the 315's after I put it on but it rubbed pretty badly. I wont be going out rock crawling or anything but I will be off road from time to time and need something that I can use and not worry about tearing things up.

Re: leveling kit installed

I just put a set of 315/70R17 BFG AT's on and don't have any rubbing issues. I have made some turns with full wheel lock and don't see a problem. I have the off road package with PRG's kit on the front. If I run into any problems I will report back. These BFG's get great traction.

Re: leveling kit installed

I have only had them on for two days and that has been all snow driving. Since the Odometer is off by 5% the calculations will not be 100%. So far I have not noticed anything different.

I got the pro comp kit 2 1/2" from 4 wheelparts. I think it was like 98 to my door, so not bad. mine is a 05 kingcab 2wd.

Re: leveling kit installed

Sorry I did not get them this weekend. I am on the road for the next couple of days I will get them up when I get back.

I did get a slight rub the other day. I was driving about 10-15mph in a parking lot and I cut the wheel very hard to the left. It is not an issue but just wanted to give all the facts. I have not had any issues with normal driving.

Re: leveling kit installed

The PRG leveling kit uses spacers that are about 1" (I think) thick. how does lift the front end 2"?
